I was squatting an easy 405 for 10 reps and I guess I was going up to quickly and the bar wasn't on the top part of my trap, I came up and I heard a huge pop in my shoulder. It wasn't really my shoulder or rotary cuff it was a muscle in my clavicle and went up into my neck. It doesn't really effect my benching, but I really want to be ok to squat by monday. I finished my legs off with legpress. I was wondering if this has ever happened to anyone, and how long it took till you where in the gym hitting hard again.
