Competition Fact or Myth?

My trainer for my contest this past may, told me that the only way to look better for the contest next may, is to weigh less than I did for this past contest. I was a whopping 280 pounds last august and dieted down to a semi-cut 213 by this past may. My question is can I be heavier than I was and still cut down (fat wise) to look better? I feel like I lost too much size when I cut down, and not enough fat. Still a little soft in the mid-section. I will say the highlight of the evening was meeting Russ Testo, an AWESOME poser and very friendly person. Placing 5th and getting a call back was also a pleasent suprise. Please help this desperate BB take his physique to the next level. Will try to post pics when my son shows me how to work this crazy computer stuff!!!

Com'on brother, you're competing and you have no photos.. What's up with that ? Don't know how to use the computer ?

Being more cut is always going to help you, going on stage heavier and less cut will always hurt you.

lets see some pics!

I have seen Russ Testo guest pose, long time ago, one of the best I ever saw.

the goal is pretty much always to weigh more at a lower bodyfat level than the last contest.

Thanks nikegurl!!! So it can be done and I can be heavier and have less bodyfat%? How much cardio a week and how long of sessions?
