Originally posted by seyone those are things I usually add to my whey. you shouldn't have any problem with the peanut butter as long as you use a blender and don't use crunchy. if you (he) is worried about sugar go for the natural Pb. 16oz of milk bothers my stomach and the stomachs of a lot of people, so make sure that isn't a problem. I do think he should get himself some whey, it's not going to hurt. |
