my proposed S1+ and M1T/4derm cycles...

1ST PH STACK/CYCLE

S1+ - Typical 2 Bottle (4 week) Cycle:

WK1: day 1-7 2 servings (4 sprays) a day post workout = 12 servings
WK2: day 8-15 2 servings (5 sprays) a day (morning and post workout) = 14 servings (26)
WK3: day 16-23 2 servings (5 sprays) a day (morning and post workout) = 14 servings (40)
WK4: day 24-31 2 servings (6 sprays) a day (morning and post workout) = 16 servings (56)

PCT - 2 bottles of 6-oxo:

WK5: day 32-39 6 caps before bed = 42 caps
WK6 day 40-47 5 caps before bed = 35 caps (77)
WK7 day 48-55 4 caps before bed = 28 caps (105)
(if necessary finish bottle)

May only need 1 or 1+1/2 6-oxo see how it goes!

2 x £22.99 = £45.98 (3 = £68.97), 2 x £28.99 = £57.98, total cost of stack = £103.96 (use the trans stack on website + 1 x 6-oxo to save about £4)

M1T / 4DERM CYCLE

M1T - Typical 1 bottle (4 week) cycle

WK1: day 1-7 5mg morning and 5mg evening = 14 tabs
WK2: day 8-15 5mg morning and 5mg evening = 14 tabs (28)
WK3: day 16-23 5mg morning and 10mg evening = 21 tabs (49)
WK4: day 24-27/till finish 5mg morning and 10mg evening = 11 tabs (60)
(play with dosage, if results are great in 2nd week at 10mg a day then stay at that an extra week)

4derm - 2 bottles (4 week) cycle

WK1: day 1-7 2 servings (3-4 sprays each) a day = 14 servings
WK2: day 8-15 2 servings a day = 14 servings
WK3: day 16-23 2 servings a day = 14 servings
WK4: day 24-31 2 servings a day = 14 servings (56)
(depends on how i respond to M1T, if lethargic and loss of libdo then increase the doseages from 4 to 5 or 6 sprays)

PCT - 1 bottle of MetaCort

WK5: day 32-39 1 serving before bed (6 sprays) = 9 servings
WK6: day 40-47 1 serving before bed (5 sprays) = 7 servings (16)
WK7: day 48-55 1 serving before bed (4 sprays) = 5 servings (21)
WK8: day 56-63 1 serving before bed (3 sprays) = 4 servings (25)
(add milk thistle post cycle)

1 x £8.70, 2 x £13.99 = £27.98, 1 x £25.99, total cost of stack = £62.67 (+ £11.99 for milk thistle)

dose this look okay? am i right to add the milk thistle during PCT on the M1t cycle or should i use it earlier? obviously these dosages are not set in stone but i can use it as a guide for my cycles and it lets me know how much i need to order etc.

let me know if it all looks good/something needs changing

Overall the cycles look good. When using M1T you should seriously consider using Nolva for PCT. M1T will shut you down really hard and very quickly. Within 3 days you'll have the test levels of 6 year old girl. Nolva is a better choice for kickstarting your HTPA.

Im in the same boat, I can't get my hands on nolva (cant get anything illegal due to my job) so the 6-oxo is going to have to be all I can use for the ptc. I'm only doing an s1+ cycle though, not the m1t. Think I'll be ok??

It's a legal gray area. You'd be purchasing it to test on your 'rats', it wouldn't be for human consumption as that would be illegal.

i don't want to hijack the thread but i do have a question along the same lines... my buddy is gonna do a similar cycle of s1+ (2 bottles over 4 weeks)... what whould you say will be enough pct for the nolva? does it have to be 40mg's/day for 14 days then 20mg's/day for another 14 days? is this overkill? just trying to figure out how much to order...

Depends on the dosage. The consensus seems to be that liquid nolva isn't quite as potent as the tabs so you need to take more. I often see people running 60/50/40/40 which I believe would be two bottles. It's not a bad idea to have extra Nolva on hand for future cycles.

ahh i finally found a nolva supplier from good old e-bay

how dose 1 of a 60 x 20mg tab bottle sound for my PCT on the month after my S1+ and M1T cycles

i could run 60mg 1st week, 40mg 2nd week, 40mg 3rd week then 20mg last week
or (if i can cut them in half) 60, 50, 30, 20
or 60, 40, 30, 30

i don't have a clue on the doseage i'd need someone recommend me something

would i use the same PCT for both, or won't i need as much on my S1+ cycle?

is it possible to run both the nolva and metacort after my M1T, or is the nolva sufficient on its own?

6-OXO isn't on the ban list.

Assuming you have quality Nolva tabs the doasge you'll need is something like 40/40/20/20. If you're running M1T you might consider a higher dose in the first week as you'll be heavily suppressed.

Running Nolva and Metacort is overkill and a waste of money IMO. Just Nolva will do the trick.

thanks redspy, prob will use that nolva cycle on my S1 then a bit higher (such as 60mg) in the 1st week of my M1T pct

also if i get big bottles of 100 caps can i say use half then save the rest? i'm not sure how they come in bottles or packets or what? i'm assuming it will be alright to use leftovers in my future PCT's though?

Given the toxicity of M1T a lot of people I've seen on the boards say 3-4 cycles is their max per year.

i've got about 4 cycles planned (only bought the 1 at the moment, but will try and get the stuff needed for another 3 cycles before the ban in the US)

i'm planning to do 1 in 2005, 2 in 2006 and the final 1 in 2007, after that i plan to retire from serious lifting (as i'll be 23, 6"2, 240lbs and ripped i hope), then i can just do 1 hour of weights 3 times a week or something to keep the muscle and stay fit
