I was amazed from the competitve fire and drive i noticed in here, and thougght id come in and say hello.
Im getting ready for the Mr LEhigh Valley in July. It will be my first show since 95. I just turned 30. My previous contest were for NGA (natural organization), the shows were in manhattan. Ou tof 4 the highest placing was 3rd, my last show..
Anyhow, lookign fwd to learning and sharing. Its unreal when you have support in such a sport, bc as most of you know, dieting is the toughest part, and the part that dictates how well you do.
