Definition: Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is the number of calories your body burns at rest to maintain normal body functions. It is the amount of calories per day your body burns, regardless of exercise. It changes with age, weight, height, gender, diet and exercise habits.

look just dont reply to my questions . I have a right to post do I not? If i should be banned then so be it.. i dont think ive done anything to deserve that but anyway...you also have a right to reply..but if you first of all dont understand the question dont bother.

My question is..the amount of calories you burn a day..is not limited to the number of your BMR...which is logical but i was making sure.
