should i got for 1 more meal?

today i had 5 meals by 7:30..i stay up until 12..But heres the catch i made a mistake with serving size and calories with brown rice today lol..ended up taking 60 calories of it worth so im overboard on today's calorie intake already..should I consume one more meal right before i go to sleep like i always do ? ? or skip this because im looking to lose 2lbs per week ?

I would eat another meal. If you want to lower the calories of that meal, then that would make sense.

after everything you have read here were you actually considering going 5 hours without a meal and then going to bed after that? all for 60 little calories?

more like 1000 calories.. I made a mistake with brown rice...each box has 4 bags..i thought the serving size was 1 bag...well there was 8 servings sizes in each bag lol

so your trying to lose weight, but you would eat 8 servings of rice mistaking it for 1 serving?

wouldn't you think to yourself... erm this is way too much rice, why don't i just eat 1/8 of it?

i don't bother with serving info at all, i just eat a little portion and save the rest, serving sizes are always very misleading when it comes to rice and pasta n' stuff, (they say like 45g of rice per person, but its more like you need 200g per person, its silly)
