Anyways, i look a little more full in my muscles, but i can still see all my definition, ive been bulking for about a week, should i up the cals even more? im getting around 2200 + cals for the day per my meals right now, but i usually sneak in some snacks like fruits, or whatever that probobly increases that number by about 200 or so.
