Hi guys I was wonderin which of the three I put in the title was the best? Would having the flax oil be better than the flax oil capsules? or is cod liver oil just as good?.

I think the Flax Oil...Barlean's is the best.

Fish oil caps are better than all of those. Not the cod liver oil unless you live in cold weather climate, then cod oil would be fine.

Amazing! Thanks a bunch. I have a question about BUtter (the one you use to put on bread), which fats category would it fall under?

Saturated fat if it's True Real Butter. Trans fat, Sat Fat & mono if it's Margarine No bodybuilder diet should have either butter or margarine IMO.

OK, got it!.. Although didint you say that Sat. Fat is indeed EFA, and that it is the unsat. that I need to avoide. Sorry if I am confusing things... It was a lot of scientific info at once.

No saturated fat IS NOT and EFA. Essential fats are fats that your body cannot produce. I think you have it backwards. You need UNSAT and less SAT and NO TRANS FAT.

Jodi how is fish oil better then Flax? What does it provide that Flax doesn't?

however real butter is better than margarine since there are no trans fats in it...

Fish oil is EPA/DHA. Flax must convert it and it does so very poorly. It's good to have a combo of omega 3's so having mostly fish oil with some flax is better. Flax provides omega 6 as well but as far as omega 3's, fish oil is the best
