Bake Day at work - Suggestions???

Sorry - I maybe should have posted this in the recipe section but here is my question:

I am very "culinary challenged" and next week at work we are having a bake day where we each have to bake something at home and bring it in (or we could buy something I suppose). I have been reading the recipe section and getting some good ideas but I am not sure what would be easy and still taste ok to my co-workers. I mean I know I probably have some odd food combinations in my own personal diet (like I don't care if things are slightly burnt or undercooked, etc) but what is something I could bring in that would taste good for everyone?

I was thinking Jodi's cookie recipe might work?

Or maybe these?

Hell, I'll take the extras home for me if they don't like them!

ok...since I can't go....

J...Tollhouse Choc Chip Cookies. Just use butter flavored crisco instead of butter. Bake them til the edges are brown but the centers are gooey. You have to use the tollhouse chips and the reciepe on the back of the bag.

You guys can go in my place!

The problem is I want to eat clean and I am sure everyone else is going to bring chocolate gooey brownies and pastries and cakes and ....*slaps herself back to reality*...

So whatever I bring is what I will eat
