Anyone have any suggestions for a good diet split for me? I train hard enough, but I need to get my diet in check (which I suck at). I am trying to gain muscle without gaining too much fat in the process. I am 5'11", 185 lbs. I am just not sure what kind of carb/protein/fat split I should be aiming for.

Prince/w8lifter, I can't find your calorie calculators on your home pages. I think I should be eating around 2300, but I am not sure.

On the main site, there's a fitness tools drop down menu, you'll find the calorie calculator there.
As for a split....40/40/20 is a basic split you could start out at.....Depending on the amount of training (cardio) you do, you may need to adjust this, maybe drop the pro to 35% and increase the carb to 45%. Remember that you have to increase you calories so you're actually gaining weight...try for 1 lb a week, any more than that and it's probably fat. Also, remember to weight yourself at the same time of day, usually as soon as you wake up, post-pee, pre-food
