Yeah I know...what I meant was....when things are processed like that they usually have all sorts of chemicals and crap in them...I was just wondering what it was actually made of?

Okay....lol, well, in terms of will it blow your diet....no, in terms of is it healthy for you....no

Course I can't say for sure cause I don't know what's in it....the fact that it's a spray makes me think of bad chemicals. But, saying that, it certainly won't kill ya, lol. Gee, I've been a big help here haven't I...I'm leaving now, lol.

The web site does not appear to mention the product's ingredients. MBC, maybe you can send them an email and ask? Remember to include the following question, "does your product contain monosodium glutamate or any derivative thereof?" (MSG is a flavour enhancer and a well documented toxin/alergin).

ingredients;water,liquid soy bean oil,sweet cream buttermilk,xanthan gum,soy lecithin,polysorbate 60,lactic acid,potassium sorbate and calcium disodium.EDTA added as presevative,artificial flavor,COLORED with beta carotene,vitamin A[palmitate]added. there ya have it enjoy.i have tried it in the past,its not that bad.but!!!!!!!!!!!!

Artificial flavor is achieved in a large part with the use of MSG. When consumed it ends up precipitating in muscle tissue. Reactions to this vary from mild aches and nausea, to heart attack conditions.
MSG is accumilative and therefore takes time to clear out of the body.
