I was putting down my meal this morning, and noticed that depending on which way you say the egg was cooked, the nutrition info changes, it can vary from 75 cals for one raw large egg to 100 + for one scrambled? Can this change, does the information magically change once i put egg to hot steel? It cant be? Should i just enter the info as if it were raw? I use no sprays or butter or anything on my eggs, i have a nonstick pan and no need for them.

Thanks guys

Sometimes they take into consideration that when the egg is scrambled you might be adding some oil to it. in the nutritional info look at the column to the right. It should show what other ingrediants they're taking into consideration.
