well, a gram of protein is a gram of protein, but whey isolate would have the highest BV.

You take the number of grams of protein per serving and divide it by the serving size to get the % of protein. Most run 80% or so..................

In order to qualify as "concentrate" it only has to be 25%, so read the labels carefully.
