Bulk Nutrition - Problem

Any of you guys have any suggestions?

I placed an order with them Sunday night, so I assume they recieved it Monday. Paid with paypal, everything went through. Ive ordered from them in the past, and its always been quick. However, even tonight, the order is "pending". None of the items are labelled "out of stock", so I assume that is not the problem.

However, a bigger problem.... Ive emailed them twice now about it, and have gotten no response at all. They have a section in their forum to comment on ordering problems, so I posted there too. BulkNutrition is known around here for their great customer service, but I am getting no response.

Anyone have any idea what is up? Its a small order, so I really dont see why its not going through.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what to do next?

I believe the owner/operator of BN was having some health issues and was going to be out of pocket for a week or so. However, the business was to run well without his oversight.

Could be some issues that the staff on hand cannot clear without his OK. Give it until late Monday and see if things are better.

Oh I know about the health issues Mike is having. But, is he the only one that is working there? It could be that they need his permission for something, but this is a normal, run of the mill order, so I dont know what it could be.

Im not freaking out by any means. I just have never had bulknutrition take this long. So, it kinda worries me, but not very seriously. Ya know?

Thanks Rob, he emailed me first thing this morning. Taurine was backordered but the site didnt show it, and it was shipped but the site didnt show it. So, everything is good. Thanks.

We've had to add new processor's, 2 actually, they were sending orders without marking them to shipped. Consumers thought their orders were pending, when actually they had shipped. The joys of owning your own business.

I posted the first message at about 11pm last night. The package arrived in my hometown at 6:29 this morning.

Also, the website has been updated to show the tracking (obviously), and proper status. Everything is good, thanks very much Mike. Rest assured, Ill be back for more in the future.
