Flabby skin...help

Hey there,

I have a strange question for you all....and I appreciate any advice. I lost 85 lbs of ugly fat about 3 years ago...have built lots and lots of muscle however, I have this gross, unsightly hanging skin around my mid-section that I can't get rid of. I have "a four-pack" and would like a six-pack.....no matter how much I diet, run, etc....it's still there.....uuuuggghhhh. Short of plastic surgery, do you have any ideas on how to rid myself of it? I am 37 yo and was fat most of my life.......

If the skin is permanently stretched and lost it's elasticity, I believe that surgery is the only answer.

If I were you I would go to a plastic surgeon for a consultation. A good doc will give you honest advice about whether it's necessary or not.

I think that it will be hard to get a objective answer from us, especially when we do not have a visual.

Gotta agree with Princy on this one. It is unfortunate that many times people sucessfully lose alot of fat and weight and are left with loose skin. Time and surgery are the only real answers.
