16 yrs old huh? Yeah no one's gonna touch this thread with a 10 foot pole, or in this case, a 4 1/2 inch pole.
So in order not to specify you or myself or anyone in particular, it is quite natural for a 16 year old, in all areas of the body both above and below the waist line- be that head, arms, legs, etc. to grow beyond puberty and probably even into the early 20's
In fact, the average male is around 4 1/2 to 5 inches despite what most men will admit

Don't worry. You are young and still growing. As for Abdominal Exercises - they actually are good for you and have nothing to do with the size of your Penis. Truthfully.
There are exercises that involve your Penis and everything anatomically connected . Check into it. You want to build your entire body and be totally healthy. Do not leave any aspect out of the equation.

And hey heres an idea, if your not down for eating the chick out, get real good with your hands. Ask them where the spot is, they know dude they do it daily or more. i can get a girl off 2-3 times easy with just my fingers, and if you work into that then put it in it will help. Being able to do that to keeps them coming back. if your only 16 dude you got a good 2 years prob for things to change. Dont let it get you down either, unless your getting on some ho's it should really be that big of a deal.

In regard to your question about the pump: What it does, is rush blood to your penis, expanding your viens, which allows MORE blood in, which makes your penis bigger, only temporary gains though, why your supposed to use it right before sex... Because the gains will leave right after

So basically if you're making out with a hot chick and it's going all the way you'd have to stop and say, "Hey baby I've gotta take a dump. I'll be back in 20 minutes." Isn't it supposed to be lasting? If it's like bodybuilding (as they say) of coarse size would go down. You loss your pump...
From what I read it takes time. It's not overnight results even if there are immediate results. Guess there is only one way to find out for sure.
