Will I lose fat if doing this???

Unlucky , I put some fat during the past few months and now I am thiking seriously of losing fat starting next week. My plan is to go for ECA things and watch my diet, taking 22 gm or protein in the moringin, 44 gm or protein after my workout, anther 22 gm of protein before bedtime and start the following training rutine. Any advice and is it enough? Should I eat one banna proior to my workout and another one after my workout? I will watch my diet.

My target is to lose 10-12 punds in 2 months

Day One:
Chest and triceps
Day Two:
Back
Day Three:
1 hour cardio and Abs
Day four:
Shoulders and biceps
Day Five:
Legs
Day six:
1 hour cardio and Abs
Day seven:
REST

You might not if your diet isn't in check. Go to the diet and nutrition section, read the stickies, design a diet, and post it. However, all that exercise will certainly help.
