, I put some fat during the past few months and now I am thiking seriously of losing fat starting next week. My plan is to go for ECA things and watch my diet, taking 22 gm or protein in the moringin, 44 gm or protein after my workout, anther 22 gm of protein before bedtime and start the following training rutine. Any advice and is it enough? Should I eat one banna proior to my workout and another one after my workout? I will watch my diet.
