Hey all, first question here!
Ive noticed lately, since ive actually been tweaking my routine properly to finally get some sort of progress (yay for inexperience) that one arm is smaller than the other, muscle-wise.
Its happened for a while, and ive been upping the amount of reps on the smaller arm by a few to try and even it out, but all that happens then is it either doesnt work or that arm gets bigger, and the other looks smaller and so on.
Not really a big problem, just VERY annoying, since im a perfectionist and everything must be as symmetrical as possible :P
So anyway, has anyone had this happen before? And can anyone give me some advice on how to fix it?
Oh, the smaller arm is my left one, and im right handed. May be something in that...

use less weight and focus on perfecting the motion. Focus on being symmetrical through it.

always train weaker arm 1st. never do more reps with stronger side than you can with weaker side. they will eventually even out.

thankyou both, ill take some plates off the weights and try to work upwards from there. its mostly in the bicep area ive noticed.
thanks again!
