Ouch, I feel for you. I had that when I was 15. I was lucky enough to just get pills for it, they usually inject a needle in your knees just to get drain fluids out. That was 20 years ago.
See a Doctor for that buddy, he is also going to advise you to stay away from against squats for the time being. After that you should be OK, but beware it can always come back.
