6:30-Two Eggs
9:30-Half Cup Rice
12:30-Chicken, Brocolli
3:45-Chicken Breast, Half Cup Rice
6:30-Chicken or Fish
10:30-Cheddar Cheese
Plus fish oil crap.

pretty crappy.
Even if youre cutting, you still need more food.
Make sure you get protein and complex carbs in every meal.
Atleast you got some EFA's though

ok, im feeling nice
meal 1 - 3 egg whites, 1 whole and 1/2 cup oatmeal
2- can of tuna, brown rice
3- chicken ,broc, yam
4- Fish, brown rice
5 - low fat cottage chesse
then throw a protein shake in there after training.
drink lots of water
take 10g fish oil crap a day
