what if shoulders done in two days???

I am planning to train my shoulders in two days as followed,

Day one:
Chest
+
Shoulders (Front Press dumbbells or bar + Lateral Raise or Front Raise)

Day Two
Back
+
Shoulders (behind Neck Press + Rear Lateral Raise + Traps)

Day Three
Bi's + Tri's (superset)

Day Four
Legs + Calves

why? My opinion, too much shoulder work for within only two workouts.

Grouping them like that is fine IMO (and would probably work better, as you are grouping muscles by function), but i wouldn't do presses two days in a row, and i honestly wouldn't do behind the neck presses period.

I came up with this plan because I feel that doing front shoulder press is hitting the upper chest as well

As I always like to think... If you can do 2 huge muscle groups like back and delts in 1 work out you are either:

1) In the gym tooo long

2) Not doing enough

I would never ever group delts with back or chest IMO.

that doesn't make sense..

do chest/anterior and medial deltoids and hit the posterior with back and traps...plan and simple

I think it's fine to hit rear delts along with back and traps, and front and medials with chest, but not two days in a row put at least one rest between them, and behind the neck presses will also hit medials, so I would not do that on back day.

What about front delt with chest day, then the next day hit the medial and rear heads with another group?

Can you affectively split the front from the medial? It is kind of what im doing now.
