Hey guys -- not new to bb but new to Iron Mag. lookin for som help - not even sure if this is the right place - well -lookin forward to chatting and learning -
in New Jersey -
Started working out when I was 38 (now 46) so ..hmmmm 8 MF years..
I'm 5'8 - started out at 135lbs - now I'm at 160.. and lovin my workouts. but of course - as all of us are doing - looking to get that "PERFECT" bod.. well - at least Much better -
I'm sure with your help I'll get at least a little closer.
Remember - to FOCUS and LIFT HEAVY!
