Another mass question

Im 34 and 196lbs, I would like to put on some muscle mass. Im doing a Mon, Wed, Fri. Chest/triceps on Mon, legs/shoulders on Wed, back/biceps on Fri. Doing 3-4 exercises per muscle group, heavy wts and low reps. I just can not get the 190 some grams of protein a day or the 5-6 meals a day because of my work and family. But I can do the 3 day routine or more if necess. My question to all of you is since I can not eat that many times or get the proper amount of protein should I change my routine? I take ON 100% Whey Protein 2 scoops which equals 46 grams. I take it 3 to 4 times a day, 4 times when I work out. If you think I should change my routine could I have some examples or keep it. I have been working out for 1 month now. I anybody has some examples my email is paulkock@hotmail.com Thanks

190 grams of protein should be achieved quite easily through a respectable diet and a shake tossed in now and again..

Carry food with you wnen necessary!!

As DD said,it shouldn`t be a problem,you just have to be resourceful!

4 shakes at 46 grams each is 184 grams of protein per day. That, in itself, is a decent amount. When you add food to that, you have a respectable amount of protein per day.

But try to eat animal protein when you can, as often as you can. They have full amino acid profiles.
