Suggestions wanted on my diet

Hey guys and gals....
Looking for advice here. Trying to shed some BF and gain Muscle. Here's what i eat in a day:
Meal 1 (pre-work-out):
6 egg whites with one yolk
bowl of Cheerios with 1% milk and a banana
coffee
1 multi
Meal 2 (post work-out):
1 apple
designer whey protein bar
Meal 3:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 slice wheat bread w/tablespoon natural p'nut butter
Meal 4:
6oz beef/chicken/tuna/fish
1 cup veggies
sometimes a cup of yogurt (non-fat lite variety)
Meal 5:
1 slice wheat bread w/ 1 tbs natural p'nut butter
scoop and a half of protein powder (cytopro)
Meal 6:
6-8 oz chicken/beef/fish
1 cup veggies
salad
I drink 1 1/2 gallons of water per day as well.

How much do you weigh, how tall are you, and what is your approx body fat %? The answers to these questions will help in supplying your answer. Also what kind of workout are you doing?

I have no idea what the calories are and how many calories you should be consuming, but the quality of food and the amount of meals, content, etc., all look fine.

I was thinking along the same lines as Prince. Just don't now how many calories you should be taking in.
