What can I add to it that won't add much other than flavor? (and don't say fat free may - YECH!!)

it might sound really gross, but i put less than a teaspoon of barbcue sauce on tuna, mainly albacore, you'll be surprised.but then again..................................you might not

Here are a couple of ideas:

1) try a few dashes of tobasco sauce
2) try a tablespoon of salsa
3) try a teaspoon of paprika
4) try a tablespoon of lemon juice
5) try mixing it with a half-cup of cottage cheese

Hope it helps.

I eat tuna straight outta the can w/ a bit of honey mustard

Don't on me here, but I usually have a can of tuna mixed with some cooked peas with no fat Italian dressing added. Not bad. Sometimes I add part of my baked potato to the mess. Complete meal in 1 serving. About 40 gms protein and 40 gms carbs.

chop up a handfull of olives,
toss in with the tuna which you have taken out of the can and have delicately
MASHED into a bowl,
simmer down(you)...
mix some, not a lot of mayo, whatever kind you want...
Take some BAGGELS
cut them in half
put the halves BAGGELS on a cookie sheet .
Now RUN and get the bowl of MASHED tuna mixed with a handfull of chopped olives and a bit of mayo and spread that mixture evennnnnnly on the BAGGELS,cover with sliced cheese(NOT DA PROCESSED ONE,DA REAL ONE!!!)
pre-heat the oven @ 350 and when da bell/buzzer goes off
insert the cookie sheet with the sliced BAGGELS with the MASHED TUNA mixed with sliced olives and mayo covered with sliced cheese(NOT DA PROCESSED ONE BUT DA REAL ONE)into da oven...
Wait until the sliced cheese(NOT THE PROCESSED ONE<BUT DA REAL ONE )that is covering the MASHED tuna mixed with a handfull of sliced olives and a bit of mayo,is melted!
Then remove the ... from da oven
and realize that you have to go back to work,'cos you took to long reading this damn recipe and then putting it all together...
GET BACK TO WORK MBC,YOU DON"T HAVE TIME TO EAT THIS!!!
'Cos Stanley in the corner cube is having a fit on his puter, since he does not know how to run the programme you thought him this morning...

Oh...I gorgot, tuna and pickles is good too....haven't have them in a while....pickles totally hide the taste of tuna

I just eat it right out of the can, but ny wife puts it in that oriental soup. Ichiban, mr noodle, etc. You just have to be careful on the fat content of the noodle soup.

I cannot contribute to this question as I can't be in the same room with tuna....you know that tv show "FEAR FACTOR?" Well, I would do any stunt, but if they said I had to eat a can of tuna I would quit right there!
