do i take it daily whats the recommended daily dose for a 500mgs weekly test e cycle.

Why are you taking it? You need as much as you need, whatever that is, for whatever purpose you are taking it.
For anti-gyno I would not need it at that test dose, I've used anywhere from .25mg up to 1mg for a very short period (a week).
