Oh my God, well I feel really intimidated when I do compare's my self to female bodybuilder's, but I'm just wondering if maybee in a year or so, I could be ready to compete into an amateur bodybuilding.

I am 5'6" - 121.6 pounds, my Bf might be around 15%. It's make's 10 months that I am training. I started at 160 pounds.

I will like to have good and honest critics about my pics.

where are my weak point on what should I be concentrated more or less.

I will die to see a teardrop in my quads. I was thinking to continued my diet cut for having for now a Glory Picture of my self for being 43 year's old soon. And eventually, I'm just wondering If maybe in a year or so, I could be ready to compete, well amateur bodybuilding. I feel so intimidated. I HATE CARDIO'S and since those 10 months I have begin to build some muscle or try and try as well tho shed fat, well I can said that If I have done cardio's 2 or 3 times a week (HITT), well it's nice. I HATE IT AS MUCH I COULD HATE DOING MY ABS. But I guess my abs are weak or maybe if I give a 2 weeks pre-contest diet, for the glory of my own pictures, it might do the tricks.

Well these are some of my pics and achievement for now, and would like to have some imput to understand or have better judge, for telling me what you are thinking. Well be honest the most you can. And I will listen to your advise for a better achievements: well there we go:

I would copulate with you

I think you look great for your age, and I would say you just need to continue to focus on gaining more muscle mass all around.

I think you look great. There are many woman in their early 20's that don't come close to your strength, lower body fat levels and natural looking aesthetics. You are probably more naturally inclined to be into a fitness style of competition more so than a large muscled woman's BB style of competition (that Robert seems to prefer). There is a lot of debate about which is more appealing to others (men and women) but a lot of men prefer the fitness look over the large muscled look since it is more conventionally suited to traditional tastes and standards in feminine beauty standards. I personally like both but lean toward a preference for more symmetry and flowing lines with good proportional strength and muscle.

Your all around natural muscle shape is lovely and I particularly like the nice sweep in your quads and especially your pretty calves. Having a pretty face also is a big plus and will no doubt make some around here jealous.

I agree with Rob -- you are quite lean, but could really stand to gain another 10-15 pounds of muscle before dieting down (even leaner). In particular, you should focus on adding mass to your legs.

Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for giving me some imput. Well when I look at my stomach which is flat at the morning time's, I'm telling my self, what the hell I want to shed again Having a glory picture and trying to give a trial at a 2 weeks contest plan for that pic.

I do agree with you and I think that it might be time for me to stop my cutting plan and add some more muscles now.

I am actually working Gopro's workout P/RR/SS and I love it so much. Now I do have a question, I have never take creatine before but with all my readings it seem that I will help me to increase my poundages to gain more muscles. What would be the good dosage I might be taking, 2gr, 4gr.

Right now I am having whey isolate, L.Glutamin, Chronium Picolinate, Multi-vitamin and Vitamin C. Do I need something else to be able to gain more muscle mass, I will now add some creatine and keep working GOPRO'S WORKOUT. Will keep my cardio maybe once a week, well I hate it.

Any tips other tips regarding's my mucles mass gain.

Thank you for helping.

Hi Kim. You know my feelings ( that you look great) from the other thread and I think these people are saying much the same thing.

I've been busy (at my REAL job) all week and I owe you a couple of answers, including on creatine. I'll respond to your other thread later on today.

There use to be an old trick you could use on sites that would not permit one to delete pictures. You can usualy update them and overllay a blank picture on the old one.

Thank's so much for all your reply's. Yes I think that I will need help your help Egoatdoor and help from all other's members. I have been reading alot of training logs. And the girls are wonderful and Emma (WOW), I just hope that she can help me as well with everybody's.

I have spent 2 days doing all my maths again in regard's with my stat. No need to said that I'm throwing my self into a snap dragon.

I can see that there is no need for me to continued my cut because probably the only thing will happen is that I will lose more muscle mass at the end.

I will start a new log trainings for my new goal, well a little scary for me, I'm so use to be on a cut and now it's gonna be all the opposites.

OceanDude, I'm very clueless with computer unfortunatly. At first I try to send those pics into my gallery's, but I don't know why, maybe I'm allowed to send only 2 pics. I will have to focuss on learning more .

Well, it's a new start for me, a new log and probably a freaking one too.

Thank's for all your help. So nice to be with nice people, who are willing to support and help.
