9:00 am 1egg, 5 whites, and an apple 12:00pm (post workout) two scoops of protien powder and a bannana 3:00pm 6oz tuna, 1tbs mayo and low carb pasta 6:30pm 6oz chicken , Mixed veggies. 9:30pm Post Cardio 1 peice of talapia (fish) and baby spinach salad with saffolwer oil and vinegar. Let ma know what I am missing and if you think I am way off here. |

I have been excecising. I played baseball in college. I am recently out out shape for me. I weigh 238 with 20% bf I was not allowed to do any heavy lifting on my upper body during college because I was a pitcher. I can squat 600lbs so my lower body is quite a bit larger than my upper body except for my abs. If I wasn't doing leg work i was doing ab work for pitching. I have never been below 10% bf and would love to get there some day. I know it probably won't happen this time but with the right dedication and support from this board i know I can do it easily.
