I had a friend who did it and she was overweight. Now she is losing weight and is getting itty bitty. I suggest waiting. How much BF do you have? |

Anyone who is overweight should never get breast reduction surgery. The percentage of a woman's breasts which are fatty tissue can vary dramatically, but all women's breasts have a significant amount of fatty tissue. Thus, if you lose fat your breasts will get smaller. A DD breast is not so large as to be a hindrence in your life (the size you say you were when you were thinner). Exercise at least 5 days a week and control your caloric intake (no need to starve, just reduce your intake a bit) and you will be fine in no time. |

I know how to lose weight, I just never seem to lose my boobs, no matter how much I lose. My sister lost a ton of weight and hers are itty bitty now. That doesn't happen with me. My question wasn't if I should get it done, but when.
Thanks though. Thanks!!! |

I just wasn't sure if getting it done and continuing to lose weight would make them saggy or look funny. Thanks for the info!!

Just a thought. I agree with the masses, wait till you've reached what you consider your ideal body weight and body fat % and go from there.
