m1t vs. s1+ - questions ensue!

well, the ban's coming. and i need to decide which stuff to stock up on, s1+ or m1t. the three deciding factors im considering are price, shelf life, and effectiveness. i can get 90 - 10mg capsules of m1t for 30 bucks or 30 servings of s1+ spray for 32.50. it says to take 2 capsules of the m1t once a day, so that would last 45 days. the s1+ only lasts 15 days, so the m1t seems to be a better idea.

then there's the issue of shelf life. after thanksgiving, i have 3 weeks of training time before christmas break, then im taking time off, and cutting for 2 months after break to be ready for thanksgiving, since by xmas break ill have completed a 60-lb bulk. so shelf life becomes a factor, but im also considering doing a quick 3 week run of PHs after thanksgiving.

the final issue is effectiveness. from what i can tell s1+ is great, but still not what m1t is. this then renders the following questions:

1) is 20mg of m1t a day the correct dosage?

2) what's the shelf life of s1+ spray? m1t? how to store it?

3) is it acceptable to do a 3 week cycle of m1t? how bout s1+?

4) how much better is m1t than s1+?

5) since m1t doesnt aromatize, ive read you dont need antiestrogens. in other instances, i have read that you should. whats the official ruling?

6) some people recommend stacking 4-AD with m1t, others say its pretty redundant to do so. whats the official ruling on this one, too?

1) Most people do 5mg-10mg
2) Don't know so I won't pretend I do.
3) Some people do two, some do three, some do four. Acceptable? Yeah. Don't know on S1+
4) Haven't tried S1+ so, again, I don't know.

5) M1T itself won't aromatize, but your body, when it has higher T levels, will naturally produce more estrogen. You still can get gyno after a M1T cycle; even if you don't, you want to use clomid or Nolva to jump start your balls again.

6) Stack it with 4-Derm to fight off some libido loss and lethargy.

First off, you don't need to spend that much on M1T. Underground Labs is the best and the cheapest. You run it for a 3 week cycle. Here is my thread to tell you all about it.

If, and only if, you have done a few prohormone cycle before, go for M1T. If this is your first of second cycle, go with S1+.

the difference between the underground labs stuff and the custom nutrition stuff is that UL's capsules are half the size, so UL ends up being more expensive per mg

I used 5 squirts in AM/PM for the lenght of the M1T cycle. Thats about 400mg/day

You should start off with 5-10mg's a day and then go up if you wish depending on the sides you see. I went as high as 25mg's but started to feel a little foggy headed and dumb, so i cut back to 20 mg's which was fine for me. I would run M1T for 4 weeks, but 3 might be fine also. S1+ should also be run for a month. M1T is a steroid not a pro-hormone so it is stronger, but also much harder on your liver. I would say 4-Derm is a must on M1T cycles, and i dont know how people do it without it. Many people also decide after their first cycle of M1T to run HCG with all future cycles because you get shut down so hard and so quickly, but if you've never done a PH/PS cycle, M1T is not the one you want to start on.

far too much to start on! start with 5-10mg a day and gradually up the doseage to 15-20mg a day over your cycle (the ideal doseage will be different for everyone, it depends on your level of sides and results)

shelf life of S1+ is 1.5-2 years, M1T is around 3-4 years, store them in a cool dry place

3-4 weeks is common on M1T, 5-6 weeks on S1+

4) how much better is m1t than s1+?

M1T is the most potent oral there is, more potent than d-bol, S1+ is just a mix of 2 pro-hormones, slight difference!

running M1T without an anti estrogen on hand is suicide

6) some people recommend stacking 4-AD with m1t, others say its pretty redundant to do so. whats the official ruling on this one, too?

I strongly recommend stacking with 4-ad, unless you want some pretty harsh side effects!
