is e-form (formestane) as effective as nolvadex? which would you recommend?

I've actually bought both
i'm gonna use e-form if I get gyno during the cycle (and prob a low dose on nolva)
then just nolva PCT

I would reccomend nolva for both gyno prevention and PCT. If you start seeing gyno symptoms like sore or puffy nipples run a high dose of nolva until the sides disappear and also run it for PCT.
