What's the best time of day to take Nolva? I'm getting close to starting my PCT, just wondering when is best to drink the wonder juice.

I split into 2 doses. 6am and 6pm. That is when I take my vitamins so I just incorporate it into my normal timing of other supplements.
One thing I noticed is that many folks do not like the taste of it. I only took it one time on the tounge. Not that bad, but left a bad after taste. Since then I take the syringe and shoot it down the back of my throat and do not taste it at all.

I just take the full dose at night. I don't believe the time you take it matters...

Nolvadex has a long half-life so there's no need to split the dose - just take it all at once.

it seems to me i read something about taking 6oxo at nights b/c that's when estrogen levels are the highest... but 6oxo is a suicide inhibitor and that theory makes sense to me. as far as nolva goes, it blocks the receptors and has a long half life and it shouldn't matter when you take it... i take the dose once a day, but the same time every day. good luck.
