you cant ask what everyone else does. everyones metabolism and maintanance cals are different. plus, some clean bulk and some eat everything in sight when bulking. |

I did miss a snack I had. I had an additional 2 eggs and 2 egg whites and another whole wheat bagel. I did calculate in fitday and I run anywhere from 3500 to 4000 calories in a day. Also, the only reason I drink soy milk is because I'm lactose intolerant
