I will do bent lateral raises on an incline bench sometimes (lay face down) to hit my upper back/rear delts at a slightly different angle. You can try those.

Rows, good mornings, etc

i think im going to try lateral raises and see how those work out

Go with rows of various kinds. Also, invest a small amount of money into a pullup bar. You will be good to go.

pull up bars are great

But only if you have the upper body strength to do pullups,.. I maybe one of the few on this site who can't, oh well. So, I'm going at it from the opposit side (lat pulldown) until I get the muscle I need.

No local gym?

Yeah, I have the same equipment as you. So, looks like our back days are pretty short. Pull the bench out from your bench press bar. Grab on to it while laying on your back underneath it. Now pull yourself up. See how this resembles a horizontal row? Its a reverse push-up. If you cant do that, try some other kind of bar to get underneath and pull yourself up. Keep doing rows and deadlifts with the stuff you got, and go heavy on the back when you can get to a gym. Dont forget those rear deltoid lifts too. And buy a good pullup bar. 20-25 bucks.
