Accurately - DEXA or water displacement. Both of which are only done at university's or hospitals and they are costly and not really practical.

Inaccurately - There are scales/handheld devises that you can purchase work via bio-electical impedence... They are effected by LOTS of variables such as hydration... There is also things such as this website: My Body Comp which are more innacurate than the scales... The only thing that these things do is offer you a trend in BF measures.. That is, the numbers may not be accurate, but if they are going down at least they tell you that you are loosing BF.

You could use a mathematical expression that I just forgot. It is quite accurate.
