I was just wondering why on some days i can put up a 450lbs bench and on others i cant lift the toliet seat. i just dont get it. am i over training? i just got done with a 6 week routine and have decided to take a week off to rest and recooperate is this the reason im very inconsistant? any adivse will be well appreciated thanks yall

if your preworkout meal varies and doesnt give you enough fuel maybe thats the problem.

Next time before taking a huge dump lift up the toilet seat.
