On cycle, which one? Assume youre prone to gyno....

I use Femera, Arimidex is ok also. These are AIs, aromatase inhibitors, not really anti-estrogens.

I use arimidex at .25 mg/ED and nolva at 10 mg/ED the whole cycle...

I'm with LAM, except I use slightly more nolva, 15mg ed. Arimidex and femara help prevent conversion to estrogen (aromatise inhibitor), while nolva specifically occupies, and therefore blocks the estrogen receptors in breast tissue. They both have their place in a cycle. If I notice too much bloat then I would up the AI. If I notice any business with the nipples, like itchiness or puffiness, then run for the nolva.

If stacking 25mg/day D-Bol & Test E 500/wk and taking femera, what would be the optimal dose of femera? Should I thow in some nolva, too? Maybe .25mg femera & 10mg nolva/day?

i doubt a person could get gyno unless he is prone to it given he is not doing 5grams of test a week. i use anti-e mainly to prevent bloat. arimedex by itself works fine for me.

right now I'm using .5mg Arimidex while on 500mg Test E and 400mg Deca. I have had no signs of gyno going into my third week on. I only been on the Arimidex for a week and the bloat is just about gone. I started to bloat going into second week.
