tell me about my routine

does my workout seem like i am over working or underworking certain parts of my body. the only visibly noticible thing i want to change is the area above my pec but below my collar bone.
day 1- All upper body including
pecs
delts
lower back
traps
obliques
abs
day 2- arm day
bicepts
tricepts
forearms
abs
day 3- lower body day
calfs
hams
quads
glutes
hip flexor area
abs
day 1 i usually do bench,incline dumbell, flys, pullovers, pullups, rows,shrugs and military press
day 2 i do anything that targets my arms including dips, hammer curls , alt curls , burn out sets, tricept pushdowns, ect.
day3 power cleans, hex bar lift, squat, box squat, calf raises, hamstirng machine, glute machine, plyometics
