Are strawberries and blueberries ok to eat when on a cutting diet? I have seen others include these in on some of their meals.

Blueberries have the odd effect in me that they, uh, clean out my piping if you know what I mean. This is a good thing, and I am sure helps with the cutting phase.

They are great - they are some of the best fruits you can eat on a cutting diet as they are low GI, high fibre and packed full of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.

Blueberries are more calorie dense (40 cal per 0.5 cups... which really is not that much anyway) but are packed full of anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals that keep your whole body healthy (they help with eye health, keeps your brain healthy, helps your nerves, helps with blood-pressure and cholesterol and cardiovascular health and many other things!).

Strawberries have a much higher water content (one cup only has 30 cals). But these are a great source of vitamins (esp vit C) and are also very healthy for you...

I say eat up.
