What whey protein do YOU RECOMMEND !

Ok , I currently take Designer Whey protein . It practically has no carb in them . I mix it with a cup of skimmed milk. I bought a 5 pounder a few weeks back , and I should finish it by the middle of december. Im thinking of changing .

I take a shake twice a day (once post training) and once in between two main meals. Which one do you recommend for someone that wants to gain mass but not so much fat at the same time. Like , Im eating real lean at the moment (skimmed milk , light cottage cheese 1% fat etc) ? Ive been pretty pleased with designer whey , but what the heck , nothing wrong with change.

Thanks for you help in advance.

MRM (uses splenda as a sweetener)
ON (I like Chocolate Mint)

If you want to bulk up get yourself some protein with more carbs in it. Your gonna have to sacrafice a little if your gonna bulk. To put on mass you need to increase your calorie intake, and when bulking you will natually put on a little fat, but when you bulk up to your desired size, you can start cutting to get rid of the excess fat. Do it in stages, building muscle while burning fat is something that can only be accomplished by MuscleTech

Correction, I didn't mean you cant build muscle while cutting. Its just more efficient and effective to do it in phases like bulking then cutting.

Ya , I dont think I have a problem with my calorie intake . Im someone that usually eat a lot naturally , and Im eating like a pig right now (of course , essential foods). I guess I could sacrifice some carbs. So which whey protein would you suggest ? gococksDJS

Thanks btw daniel.

Some of the better whey's are:

-VPX Zero Carb
-Syntrax Nectar
-AST VP2
-All The Whey
-Primaforce (they have a delicious watermelon flavor)

thanks ... Are they pretty much the same in terms of nutrition ?

Bio-Genesis; IFBB Pro Michal Kindred uses that, and it's good stuff.

I'm in Canada. $200 for 30 pounds = roughly $65/10 pounds. I can't find a 10 pounder under 85-90. That $200 includes all expenses

haha. that's hilarious cause i hate muscletech.

as for protein, i like optimum nutrition the most and i think MRM is pretty good too. both and cheap and high quality.

With facts you cannot argue with me

ON 100% Whey Strawberry 1 scoop 28.5g:
this is whey concentrate
Calories 110
from fat 20
total fat 2g
saturated fat 1g
cholesterol 25mg
total carbs 2g
sugars 1g
protein 23g
calcium 175mg
sodium 55mg
potassium 95mg
BV - 104
Nature's best zero carb isopure strawberry and cream 1 scoop 31g:
this is whey isolate
calories 100
from fat 0
total fat 0g
saturated fat 0g
total carbs 0g
sugars 0g
protein 25g
cholesterol 5mg
sodium 320mg
potassium 750mg
BV - 159
so now, what product is better?
i think the isopure, you cannot compare them because the isopure is whey isolate and the 100% whey is concentrate
