Hey all,stupid question
Is 180 grams tuna realy 45grams of protein ? doesnt seem like it compared to other food like chicken or beef.
Also if your on strict budget and cant realy afford to buy a crap load of eggs and chicken is tuna alright to cut and bulk on ?

it depends what product your buying but generally speaking tinned tuna is a good source of cheap protien

Wel i usualy drained the cans and put them into one bowel and mix it with 2 eggs yellows and some flavouring and measure out 210 grams then cook it,then comes to solid 170-180 tuna patty

tuna is very good protein source, the BV of tuna is 83.
