Hey All!....
FYI:
** Just turned 30 am 5'9.5" 174 lbs, 15.5" bis, 45.5" Chest @ pits, 51" Shoulders, 33.25" Waist, 23.5" (little) Quads,15" Calves. Been lifitng 8 years.

** Started @ 22yo, 137;bs skinny punk-rock guy with bleached white hair, 11.5" Bi's, 36" Chest & never did anything athletic in my life!!
It's been a fun ride!!
This looks like a cool site-good mixture of hardcore lifters & reg guys like me, people have a good attitude here!
Now I need to gain more mass though, I've hit a plateau!!
Call myself "da jock", because @ my gym a guy from NYC referred to me as "da (the)jock" of my group of friends @ the gym, which was a laff, NO-ONE, ever called me a jock in my life LOL! Felt good!
