Is it harmful to mix up a protein shake the night before? I go to the gym at 6:00am, and it would be a lot easier to just grab a premixed shake out of the fridge.
While Ive got your attention, how often are you supposed to drink protein shakes? Before, after or before AND after a workout?
ALso, I am adding L-Glutamine powder to my shake. Is it the same as the capsules? What kind of luck have you had with glutamine and creatine?
Thanks so much for putting up with my questions..Im a beginner at this, and I want to do it right!

that's fine.

there is no rule, it just depends on how much protein you're trying to consume. Also, if you have trouble getting enough protein from food sources, then a protein shake can supplement it.

I no longer use L-Glutamine as a supplement. I use creatine, it's one of the few supps with real scientific evidence to back it up.
