Before, after or before AND after a workout? there is no rule, it just depends on how much protein you're trying to consume. Also, if you have trouble getting enough protein from food sources, then a protein shake can supplement it. Also, I am adding L-Glutamine powder to my shake. Is it the same as the capsules? What kind of luck have you had with glutamine and creatine? I no longer use L-Glutamine as a supplement. I use creatine, it's one of the few supps with real scientific evidence to back it up. |
