after starting m1t and ALA yesterday, my piss looks like mountain dew, like neon yellow-green. im drinking tons of water. is it just the ALA flushing out my liver or something?

yeah, but its odd, rather than being darker yellow as it normally would be, its almost neon green.

Ive had this problem on cycles in the past, and my urine had a pungent odor as well. Are you stacking the M1T with any other orals? What other supplements are you currently using?

My MD1T makes my piss smell really strong. It happens. Keep drinking water.

I upped my water intake big time and after a few days my urine was not as yellow. Water is detrimental to the effectiveness of an M1T cycle so get as much as you can.
