Hey its me again, one thing I've noticed since I switched my drinking to nothing but good stuff (water, chocolate milk, orange juice, no coke) I noticed after awhile that I'm still really hungry shortly after a meal.. Even a big meal like dinner.

Breakfeast : Usually 2 slices of toast with some milk, sometimes pancakes (no syrup I know it's bad) with some sausage.. things like that
Lunch : My lunch is usually pretty big, like today I had a hamburger, 16ounces of chocolate milk, 2 rolls (no butter), broccoli, and some beans
Dinner : Had chicken, broccoli, and rice

I was VERY hungry about an hour after breakfeast

I got pretty hungry about two hours after lunch

I got pretty hungry about 3 or 4 hours after dinner

Is this a good thing? I think it is, just making sure tho.
(Almost forgot I have a gallon of water everyday)

yes, your metabolism could be elevated.

but things like overall hydration and meal composition can also effect hunger levels, especially several hours after high carb meals when serum insulin is low.

when the body is dehydrated it can send a false sensation of hunger. low serum insulin levels can also cause a person to feel hungry, especially several hours after a large meal, or a large serving of carbohydrates...

Well I've been eating the same thing everyday for the past year, and this has never happened.

This started happening after I switched to practically nothing but water.
But it sounds like from what your saying this a bad thing? Sheesh.. confusing.

He's simply saying that your metabolism may be revving up, but there are other reasons you might be getting hungrier.
