I dont use fitday. Before i discovered this site and fitday, i worked out my daily cals calc on a excel sheet, meal wise. It also has as daily totals and a grid telling me how much protein and carbs per pound the diet consists of with reference to my present weight as well as how many total cals i need to aim for(15-10x on a cut or 15-20x on a bulk). All i have to do is put in the food names and cals+macros and all totals get calculated.

| I know what you mean about ongoing project.... But fitday does make it a more accutate as they recalc the macros based on the dish. |
