But I was wondering, starting in January, I will be attending full day classes twice a week and I wanted to know if there is an alternate diet I could do for these two days since I won't be at home or have the ability to complete the 6-7 meals on these days (which are Tuesday and Thursday). I was hoping somebody could make up an alternative diet for those two days which would only require me to eat maybe 3-5 meals on those days. I leave for class at 7:30 and get home back at about 5 o clock. I have a weight training class and will be obtaining a meal plan-- not to mention i will be bringing my creatine and glutamine with me, I was just wondering if anyone could possibly make a two day plan that would give me the same results as the diet I was previously on.

Pack a sm. cooler and take it with you. Just takes a lil prep the day before.
