I was wondering is there any way to get rid of water gain. I weighed myself Monday and weighed 206. Today I weight myself and weigh 212. Must be water gain right? I eat clean. I lifted weights for a hour and did cardio for 30 min mon, tues, and wendsday. I do take creatine but I have been taking it for a while and have never had a weight swing like this. I do feel bloated though. anyone nows what the f#ck is going on?

as i understand, creatine causes you to retain water. Mabye let go of the creatine for a week or two, it should level off.

Well sure the water weight will go away if you ditch the creatine, but with that so will some mass/size.

Uhh, you shouldn't lose muscle mass by stopping creatine... Perhaps your gains will slow...but you wont lose mass. Water weight yes...which may give the appearance of muscle mass.

your gains shouldnt slow or disappear. Creatine is basically a speed boost in the recovery of muscles. Why should a slower recovery cause you to loose or have less gains?

do you even know what creatine is? creatine increases your atp stores which fuels your muscles so yes, stopping creatine could cause you to have less gains.
