what do U all think of using a tad "white flour" mixed in with WW flour and unprocessed bran and wheat germ and some flaxseed? It sounds like a well put together "Grain packed Carb" for a breakfast or a snack? NOTE: I heard on Oprah that John Travolta likes his Muffin and Fresh fruit for breakfast, so if it works for him...it should work for us!
